A cost consultant for the past 35+ years. Started his career as a quantity surveyor with JJ Schneid in South Africa, then moved to Sydney 24 years ago with Josh Heymann to set up their own practice (Heymann-Cohen), offering project cost consulting and project management. He has worked on 1200 projects over that time. They sold this practice to Donald Cant Watts Corke, where he then served as a Director for a few years.
